Bukit Tabur Extreme can be accessed via Melawati and Kampung Kemensah. I've never been from Kampung Kemensah and today is the best day to do it.
Googling thru the internet landed me with this blog with a guy named "keeminginsj" https://keeminginsj.blogspot.com/2014/10/tabur-hill-extreme-entrance-via-kemensah.html, a very useful blog complete with gpx file. I downloaded the GPX and make some modification.
This is my version of map : suunto movescount - Tabur Extreme. Now, we have 2 choices of gpx file to suit the reader's need.
The distance : 3km one way, around 6.5km in total

Water Ration : 1.5 litre (3 bottles of 500ml)
Food : No
Fire cracker : yes....just in case
Present of leech : Thank god No...! but mosquitoes will hunt you down
Toilet : Not present at the car park but further up to Teratak Angah to wash up.
Search for this landmark : kv @ kemensah Valley : 3.221879, 101.778694
getting to KV @ Kemensah, you shall pass this fishing pond. On the way to KV @ Kemensah, this fishing pond should be on your left side. Around 100 meters further up is the KV @ Kemensah
Around 100 meters from the fishing pond you also will come across this trail on the left which is the entrance trail to Tabur Extreme. Further up around 30 meters is KV @ Kemensah.
From parking and entering the trail
This is KV @ Kemensah Valley. Ample parking space. There are chalets nearby i.e Jinbara, Teratak Angah. Park your car here at RM5 per car
This is the entrance. Left is where we came and right is to KV@ Kemensah.
This is a panorama photo ya, actually is a straight road.
The opposite site of the entrance trail. Further left is KV@ kemensah
8.06am started at KV@ Kemensah
Normal trail, upward
There is a junction around 140 meters, take the left turn where the trail is ascending ya.
Forgot to take photo
around 590 meters, you will reach here, an open space
This is the open space. Got atv trail further left. Just go straight ya
Around 390 meters, you will reach this junction
The junction. The owner is apparently was here on her ATV.
Just follow the open trail. As the trail is very straight forward
at 1.2km you will reach this fork trail. take the left
Take left ya
1.80km you will reach another junction
This is the junction. Take left. Trail on the right will take you to Bukit Paw.
Trail to the left will take you to Tabur Extreme and the Lake. Please be extra careful here for the trail to Tabur Extreme because it is quite elusive.
After you turn left, immediately on the lookout trail entrance going upward. I think only 5 meters after you take left turn.
Once we turn left from the junction earlier. This is the entrance to tabur extreme.
(If you are going to the lake, you have to go straight after you turn left.)
The trail going upward - yup, its difficult if you view from the photo but if you're there it is quite visible.
New signboard at the entrance installed.
1.8km to peak ya
Continue following the trail upward and after 2.7km from the start,
You will reach this junction. Bukit Tabur Extreme is on the right.
Going straight and down - got trail but don't know leading to where.
Same goes if turning to your left - also got small trail, dont know where
Another junction. Straight or right.
Going straight is the false peak. The view also ok here. There is trail going down after you reach the top but its too risky
To Tabur Extreme you need to turn right - going down
Some view of the valley along the way
Yup - photo along the way. The Klang gate dam
Just follow the trail with trail marker. You will find signage like this on the tree
More signage. There are few other trails which also lead to Tabur Extreme along the way. Just follow the GPS or follow the trail marker.
This is technical - 4 core muscles are needed to go up. One careless mistake, the gravity will hurt you.
There is an easy trail than this at earlier part of the trail. So, there were 2 entrances leading up (forgot to take photo la).
Yay! Made it!
In 3.7km...almost 2 hours
yes, clear blue sky
A parang wielded man
Completed back to car park in 3 hours 16 min, 6.5km in total.
