PTT Outdoor - Looking for Outdoor Gear?

If you are looking for massive outdoor gear and apparels, may I recommend browsing through PTT OUTDOOR website, click here - a one stop center which offer more than 200 products for all outdoor junkies out there (like me).

Without leaving the comfort of your home, just browse through their website or use the search function to specify what you need.

They are offering much affordable price in comparison of you wasting your time driving your car, find parking, pay for parking, walk from parking, enter the shop, looking for your item which is sometimes out of stock or not available there, then need to queue to pay, waiting for the cashier to payback your change and repeat the journey to parking and subsequently return to your home - yes, sometimes a nightmare and daunting experience.

You can enjoy a 15% discount for first time buyer if you use this code :

PTT Outdoor also have Malaysian brand product called "Tahan" (means durable) - something to be proud of being a Malaysian.

A sneak peak from their website :

This is just an option to get what you need and mostly you will find it here.

Trans Naning - Gunung Tampin to Gunung Datok

We decided to hike from Gunung Tampin because of the easier trail route involving not too hard inclination in comparison if we hike from Gunung Datok.

For those of you who decided to hike Trans Naning, the difficulty will be on the logistics part because you have to park at one point and finish at another point which is way too far.
However, taxi rembau operates from 6.30am to 9.00pm daily- you may call them for booking or take a grab taxi instead (grab can only be done when you are in Negeri Sembilan and not possible if you are located out of state - I think)

The Weakness if start hike from Gunung Datok
First of all, Gunung Datok with its hard inclination of almost 2 km to the top  (I mean crazy inclination) will make you weak physically & mentally, and you are just starting. while you have 12km to go to Gunung Tampin to complete.

The Strength if Start hike From Gunung Tampin
Less inclination. The hardest climb will be from Kem Ultra to 701 but at this stage you have completed Gunung Tampin Selatan and Utara - that's one hell of achievement! and you still have more energy to push.
