I know she can run faster but be patient...not just yet...relax for the first 10km..enjoy and have fun...the most important thing is endurance...
While most of fellow bloggers are busy making Personal Best (PB), i choose to ride the slow mode...seeing her clock her personal PB (first time) at 3 hr 4 minutes...is really satisfying.
